The Miss USA Organization is proud to announce the appointment of Ariana Blaize as the new State Director for Miss Alabama USA, Miss Louisiana USA, Miss North Carolina USA and Miss South Carolina USA. Ariana brings a fresh perspective, a deep passion for pageantry, and a commitment to excellence that reflects the values of the Miss USA brand.

With an extraordinary pageant journey that spans both national and international stages, Ariana most recently held the prestigious title of Miss Universe Guyana, representing her heritage with grace and power on the global Miss Universe stage. She has previously competed in numerous state pageants across the United States and is known for her authenticity, mentorship, and resilience.

“I’ve been exactly where these women and young ladies have been,” says Ariana Blaize. “Waiting for your name to be called and wanting to make your mark. Together, we can do this and I am committed to serving the women of these states. I plan on hearing you, seeing you, and walking the walk with you. I’m so honored for this opportunity.”

Joining her in this mission is her Mom, Nic Blaize who serves as her Co-Director and Chief Policy & Contracts Officer, Nic oversees the organization’s compliance, contractual operations, director policies, governance standards, and business alignment with the Miss USA Organization. Nic has over 30 years of pageant experience, is a former beauty queen and state director. Quiana Reed, who will serve as Director of Operations. Quiana is a seasoned pageant executive and former production lead with a reputation for operational excellence and leadership across national and regional events. Together, they will lead under the banner of A Blaize Production, a dynamic production house committed to reimagining the delegate experience and elevating the Miss USA state pageants through high-caliber production and purposeful storytelling and Randall Smith who serves as the Production and creative director overseeing production, wardrobe and styling. With more than 40 years of experience, Randall has built a thriving pageant design, coaching and consulting business as well as a successful hair care distribution business.
