Miss Louisiana Teen USA

MEET THE 2026 MISS LOUISIANA TEEN USA®

Katie Sumbler

Kadie Sumbler, Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2026, is a 10th grade honor student at Episcopal School of Baton Rouge who is passionate about leadership, service, academics, and athletics. She is a varsity soccer player at Episcopal and competes with the Baton Rouge Soccer Club Elite Girls Competitive Team. Kadie has been recognized as the Varsity All-Metro Defense Specialist and earned Freshman All-State Division IV honors.

She is also a Certified Soccer Referee with the Greater Baton Rouge Soccer Referee Association. Beyond the field, Kadie is a member of the Unicycling of Louisiana Club, Jack and Jill of America, and Girl Scouts of America. She has modeled for designer Krissy King during New York Fashion Week and previously held the title of Miss Sportsman Paradise Teen.

Through her community impact initiative, “Unifying in Self-Love,” Kadie empowers children of all abilities to discover confidence through sports, unicycling, and encouragement. Inspired by her experiences helping young athletes and teaching children to ride unicycles, she believes that self-love begins with believing in your own potential. Her mission is to help every child recognize that courage, perseverance, and confidence can overcome self-doubt.

Kadie plans to pursue a career as a pediatric surgeon, where she hopes to combine her passion for science, compassion, and service to improve the lives of children. She believes that while medicine can heal the body, encouragement and self-belief can transform a child’s future.
