Beauty Bar & Glam Policy – Pageant Weekend

Beauty by Lady code is our Official Glam Team for pageant weekend.

Please note: It is NOT mandatory to use professional hair and makeup services. Contestants are welcome to do their own hair and makeup if preferred.

However, if you choose to bring a professional artist, the following policies apply:

Beauty Bar Location & Access

The Beauty Bar will be located at the Host Hotel for pageant weekend.

You are permitted to bring a professional hair and/or makeup artist on-site for:

Registration & Check-In

Interview

Gala

Preliminary Show

Final Show

For Registration, Check-In, Interview, and Gala:

• A designated Beauty Bar room will be available for outside artists.

• Beauty by Lady code will operate in a separate designated space.

For Preliminary & Final Shows:

• All outside artists will receive designated glam time slots.

• Beauty by Lady code will be the ONLY glam team with backstage access.

Space is extremely limited and access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beauty Bar Fee

The $250 Beauty Bar access fee covers:

• Room usage

• Table

• Chairs

• Electricity

• Access for all glam days

This fee does NOT include hair and makeup services and tickets to the show or gala.

You are responsible for:

• Booking your artist directly

• Paying your artist directly

• Scheduling your glam around rehearsals, activities, and show times

• Providing your artist with the official pageant schedule

Important Policies

• You may NOT have a hair or makeup artist in your hotel room.
  Violation may result in disqualification.

• You may NOT go to your artist’s hotel room.
  Violation may result in disqualification.

• Only 1 hair artist and 1 makeup artist per contestant (maximum of two total) are allowed in the Beauty Bar.

• Hair and/or makeup artists may NOT be family members.

• All outside artists MUST be registered with the pageant office in advance to receive credentials and access.

If You Do Not Bring an Artist

If you choose not to bring a professional artist:

• You will be responsible for doing your own hair and makeup.

• We do not provide complimentary hair or makeup services.

• You may book directly with Beauty by Lady code if you prefer to use the official team.
